Dinesh Personal Trainer

Dinesh has 13 years of experience working with clients of different ages and levels of fitness, including elderly and high risk populations. He believes all health and fitness is rooted in a proper foundation of core strength and muscular flexibility, as these traits affect other areas of fitness such as cardiovascular conditioning and muscular strength.

Dominic James Personal Trainer

Dominic James believes that health and fitness goals can be reached through hard, smart training and a little bit of determination. He believes in intense training programmes that are rich in variety, challenging your muscles and cardiovascular system while focusing on the mind/body connection. He is also an expert in body toning and shaping abdominals.

Santosh Personal Trainer

Santosh Qualification- B.Com Experience- 9 Years Skills- Specialist in weight loss, bodybuilding, lean muscle & nutrition.

Durga Sai Personal Trainer

Venkata Durga Sai Qualification-B.Com Experience- 12 Years Skills- Specialist in Bodybuilding, Weight loss & Nutrition

Commonly called Power yoga, Ashtanga is definitely physically demanding. It’s probably best suited for an ex-athlete or someone looking to really push their body.
